    We understand that different clients may have different file format preferences, and we strive to accommodate those needs. On the dictation front, Intelliscript Transcription has the capability to transcribe a wide range of file formats, including but not limited to Mp3, wav, mp4, and avi. We also provide our clients with the option to use a secure toll-free dictation number they could dial into and record. On the documentation front, we process transcriptions primarily in MS Word, which is the most accepted format. We also work on EMRs for several of our clients, posting patient data directly into the hospital’s or clinic’s EMR system.

At Intelliscript Transcription, even though we have the capacity and expertise to handle large-volume transcription projects, we always prefer to start low and slow and scale up gradually, thereby maintaining high quality and efficiency. It also allows our clients to assess our capabilities and entrust us with more work. This has been our style of expansion over the years, which has been mutually beneficial.
